- The Global Facial Aesthetics Training Network (GFATN), which has provided comprehensive education and training in Facial Aesthetics/Injectables for many years, has consistently placed patient care and safety at the forefront of its mission. Its programs in advanced anatomy, physiology, and injectable anatomy have long been designed to foster safer, more ethical practice and to elevate the standard of care within the aesthetics field. With the introduction of new AHPRA regulations, GFATN is once again taking the lead in ensuring compliance while strengthening the framework for safe patient outcomes.
- To this end, GFATN will now integrate structured psychological assessment questionnaires, with this important module to be delivered by an expert psychologist, ensuring that practitioners gain the necessary depth of understanding to apply the new requirements effectively. These resources will be introduced through an upcoming webinar course, designed both as a refresher for practitioners and as a platform to present the new psychological assessment module. The webinar will provide participants with practical access to the GFATN suite of clinical documentation—including medical history forms, informed consents, and treatment cards—which have always been supplied to course participants. With the addition of the psychological assessment tools, this comprehensive package will complete all necessary compliance requirements while further reinforcing GFATN’s commitment to patient-centered, safe, and ethical aesthetic practice.
