TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations by registered  dentists

  • All Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@globalfacialaestheticstrainingnetwork.com  or  admin@gfatn.com
  • Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to the course
  • If cancellation is made within 21 days of the course there will be a 50% refund only
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days of the course or failure to attend the course, course fee will not be refunded
  • Credit card processing fees incurred will not be refunded

Liability

  • Global Facial Aesthetics Training Network (GFATN) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and for a good cause, including but not limited to if numbers have not been met,  to cancel, change the date, change course content, speaker or venue where necessary and is not liable for any losses or incidental costs as a result of the above. Furthermore GFATN will not be responsible or liable for expenses such as the repayment of travel, meals or accommodation incurred by the registered participant.
  • In the rare event of a course cancellation GFATN will contact the participant to arrange a transfer to an alternative workshop/seminar, and course  date or alternatively a full refund of course fees shall be reimbursed upon request.

Confirmation of Course/Seminar registration

  • A confirmation will be sent to the participant from GFATN within 1 week after registration and receipt of payment of course/ seminar and training fees.
  • Undertaking of a booking indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.

Copyright Notice

  • GFATN reserves all rights in reprinting and reproducing seminar/course and training materials. Prior written consent from GFATN is required. Video or audio recording is prohibited.

Certificate of Completion/Participation

  • A certificate of completion or participation will be issued for the course/seminar level being undertaken at the end of the course/seminar and training duration displaying CPD hours earned by the participant.

Accommodation

  • Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee.
    It is the participant’s own responsibility to book accommodation if required. Seminar/course participants may from time to time be offered a special conference rate or a discounted rate by hotel.

Warning and Acknowledgment of Risk

  1. A Patient has the right to discontinue participating in the Course and Training at any time.  If such event does occur, this does not give right to the Dentist to request all or any part of the Course fee from GFATN.
  2. GFATN is not responsible for decisions or changes made by the Dental Board of Australia or any relevant authorities  with respect to the use of Botulinum toxins and dermal fillers.  It is the responsibility of the Dentist to perform Botulinum Toxin type A and Hyaluronic Acid dermal filler facial injectables and procedures  in their own private practice within their training , scope of practice and experience and to ensure their patients are treated with due care. 
  3. While all care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of  all written materials provided, GFATN and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, members,  employees and Head Presenter/Trainer do not give any guarantees or warrantees concerning the completeness of the content and will not  be held responsible for any consequences arising from the implementation, use or distribution of material provided  in the lectures, manuals, printed materials and other communication and training or for changes, errors or omissions.  GFATN and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, members, employees and Head Presenter/Trainer will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage of any kind, arising from the use of this information/material.
  4. All material provided by way of lectures, manuals, printed materials and training is designed to be used soley by the Dentist attending the Course and Training and as a reference guide following the completion of the Course and Training.  It should not be used by persons who have not attended the  GFATN Course and Training.  Information and materials provided to the Dentist are not a replacement for the detailed product information released by manufacturers or regulatory bodies.
  5. GFATN and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, members, employees and Head Presenter/Trainer are not liable for the manner in which this information/ material provided  is used by any person regardless of whether they have attended the Course and Training or not.
  6. Material provided by GFATN is under copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of any of its copyrighted material or any other intellectual property is strictly prohibited. 
  7. GFATN reserves the right to refuse the Dentist, without limitation, entry to the Course and Training and at any time may withdraw its consent for the Dentist to remain at the Course and Training. The final decision during Course and Training is with the Head Trainer/Presenter. Although this is an extremely rare situation, the aim is for the protection and care of the Patients.
  8. Completing the prescribed GFATN Course and Training implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Product Disclosure:

I acknowledge and understand that the Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Filler and Botulinum Toxin Type A provided at the Course and Training is without any guarantees or warranty.  In association with the product, GFATN and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, members, employees and Head Presenter/Trainer make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular or specific purpose.
